Open Door's auditorium is used for a variety of events,
and holds up to 250 people. All events held here are "family
friendly" events.
Types of Events held in our Auditorium
- Weddings and Wedding Receptions
- Pastor Appreciations
- Birthday Parties
- Prayer Breakfasts
- Family Reunions
- Meetings and seminars
- Baby and Bridal Showers
Open Door provides the following amenities with a reservation:
- Flexible weekend scheduling for events
- Set up and take down of tables and chairs
- Kitchen use (does not include refrigerator or freezer)
- Podium, if needed
- Piano
- Brooms, mops, trash bags
Fees:
- $100.00 deposit, refundable if all rules are followed
- $65.00 per hour, this includes any time
needed for decorating and clean up. (Example: 6 hours = $325.00, plus
deposit)
Facilities are available Friday evenings and Saturdays until 11:00
p.m. and Sunday until 10:00 p.m.
Your Responsibility to Open Door:
- No helium balloons (regular air blown balloons are okay)
- No alcohol (sparkling cider/grape juice are permitted)
- Keeping our walls and light fixtures in good condition
- Clean up, to include sweeping, mopping floors and wiping down
tables/chairs, as needed
- Trash disposal
